2007年11月30日上午，金华城南桥上传来了“有人跳江了”的救命声。解放军驻金华市某部副连职机要参谋孟祥斌身着便装带着妻子叶庆华和3岁的女儿经过，纵身跳进冰冷的江水，他用尽最后一丝力气将女青年托出水面，落水者得救了，他却沉入水中，再也没有起来。
