郁郁葱葱的小树林中，六个天真无邪同时又各怀心事的男孩女孩快乐玩耍。直到某天，有着天使般可爱面容的“面码”本间芽衣子意外身亡，在其他朋友的心田投射了永远无法磨灭的阴影。许多年后，好友们渐行渐远，而为当年事件深感自责的宿海仁太则将自己深锁家中。不知为何，仁太突然看到了长大后的面码的身影，他将此事告诉了偶然见到的久川铁道，铁道无比兴奋，连忙将松雪集、安城鸣子、鹤见知利子等其他朋友召集在一起，以找出面码尚未实现的心愿。但心中满布创痕的朋友们，能否重新携手上路呢？
