阿强（桑伟淋 饰）自幼学习中国武术，并在某次武术比赛之中取得了冠军的头衔，然而，自此之后，他的武士之路停滞不前，似乎是害怕这唯一的头筹被夺走，阿强放弃了参加比赛，只是在村里做小孩子的武术教练。某日，阿强邂逅了名为小虞的伤残女孩，女孩极力鼓励阿强离开村子，去外面的世界看一看。
