海峡影视季始于2009年5月，系海峡论坛重要组成部分。由国家新闻出版广电总局和福建省人民政府联合主办，台湾有关机构参与主办，以“弘扬中华优秀文化，促进两岸影视繁荣”为主题，旨在汇聚两岸影视资源，积极打造两岸影视精品宣传展示平台和影视产业合作洽谈平台，是海峡两岸影视界交流合作的重要活动。。警察魏司对于15年前未能侦破的女大学生遇害案一直耿耿于怀。如今，当年遇害的女大学生的妹妹跟姐姐上了同一所大学，希望可以找到当年的线索；新来的警官也对当年的案件充满好奇。在两代人的接力下，将当年的真凶绳之于法，沉默了15年的案件最终得以告破。。A vicious man-made fire leaves the once idyllic suburb of Eternity reduced to rubble.
